Main features
M365 SSO authentication: A single authentication method governed by the current M365 user session.
Automatic insertion of the main signature in the email: without any action from the user. With each new email, the Letsignit signature is inserted in the body of the email on Outlook Desktop and OWA.
Preview the signature before sending: view the signature in your email before sending it.
Automatically lightened signatures for reply/forward & multi-signature cases: employees can choose the most relevant signature and campaign according to their recipients...
Specific signature for internal exchanges. (available Q3 2021)
View and modify contact information: if authorized by the Letsignit administrator, the user can modify his contact information, the changes will be automatically reflected in your signature.
Upload profile picture: users can upload or modify their profile picture if the administrator allows it.
