- Launch Events (New Outlook)

This add-in uses Outlook’s LaunchEvents functionality to run automatically when you click Send on an email. At that time, it checks to determine whether a reminder should be shown to capture the email in Workiro. The add-in may briefly display a prompt reminding you to capture the email before it is sent, but it does not alter message content or send emails on your behalf. Administrators can enable or disable this feature at any time.

If you are using a Gmail account through Outlook, please note that this is not currently supported.

If you are using Internet Explorer 11 for browser access to Outlook (via Office365.com), please note that this is not supported.
