Week 1: Cloud readiness assessment and planning Review existing on-premise deployment and create and inventory of:

- Servers and applications

- Network (Switches, Firewalls, Load and Applications balancers)
- Databases
- Websites
- Determine cloud ready applications. Devise an overall requirements, scope, and timeline objectives
Week 2: Create a migration plan
- Categorize and classify on-premise resources
- Provision Azure tenant
- Configure production, non-production environments
- Develop migration sequence
Week 3-6: Migration to Azure cloud
- Based on migration sequences, migrate on-premises resources to Azure cloud
- Test, verify, reconfigure
Week 7-8: Implement backup and recovery Week 9-10: Implement Monitoring, Automation and Optimization
