The engagement takes SoftwareOne`s bundled solution and adapts it to the customer’s environment to rapidly enable a scalable remote worker solution. The Windows Virtual Desktop Kickstart Service engagement consists of the following elements:

1. Facilitate four (4) hour remote Discovery Workshop
   1. Understand the primary and critical workflows
   2. Understand all compliance regulatory requirements
   3. Understand existing operational systems:
   Persona Identification, Active Directory (AD) disposition, Integration requirements, Productivity requirements, Security and authentication, Identity and access management, Network assessment, Telephony assessment
2. Configuration and Implementation of Windows Virtual Desktop (WVD) Environment
   1. Single WVD pool configuration
   2. Single Image configuration
   3. Cloud instance configuration
   4. Identity and Access Management (IAM) Configuration
   5. Multifactor Authentication (MFA) configuration
   6. User assignment
    
   
3. Pilot and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
   1. Generation of test plan
   2. Pilot for up to 25 users to test environment
   3. User Acceptance Testing (UAT) meeting and signoff
