Key features include AI-powered email summarization and the ability to search for and attach emails to existing cases. Additionally, when users initiate a task, they are guided to the calendar to associate related events using AI or pre-set rules. This add-in provides a streamlined alternative to the traditional docketing system by enabling docketing exclusively within Outlook.
