Contact Microsoft Support app provides a path for IT Admins and Teachers to perform the following actions from within Microsoft Teams:

- Troubleshoot problems they encounter while using or managing Teams, such as failed login or trouble with changing Teams backgrounds, etc.

- Escalate a problem to Microsoft support

- Track the status of service requests

Any Microsoft customers who install this app can use the app to troubleshoot, but only IT Admins and Teachers can escalate a problem to Microsoft support.
