iMemo application allows users (employees) to claim their budget and expenses from the company by submitting their documents (bills or invoice budget) and getting approval from approvers by sending approval Messages. Sales team claiming their expenses and budget will be benefitted. Any sales organisation employees in field work claim their expenses through documents manually and should wait for the approver to make their presence, which may take time for approval. Using this application, it will reduce the approval time.
