Data Insights: 4-week Implementation

Full delivery of a Data Insights solution for one business subject area such as finance, sales, marketing or HR.

We do end-to-end design, build and deployment; from data ingestion, transformation, modelling all the way to visualization in Power BI interactive reports.

This is time-boxed to 20 days professional services and can held onsite or remotely. We use our packaged solutions to accelerate the delivery and reduce the cost and time-to-insights.

The engagement will include meetings with the IT team, the business stakeholders to define the business objectives and expected outcomes, data modelling, storing data, building data pipelines, analytical layer and reports.

Deliverables

• A full set of Power BI analytical reports and management dashboards built on top of the Azure data platform.
• As-built documentation of the solution.
• Knowledge transfer for Power BI deployment, security, governance, and adoption.
