The employee experience workshop with Microsoft Viva Insights is a three-phase engagement which provides an overview of the Art of the Possible, and deep dive into Viva Insights.

The workshop provides an in-depth exploration of Personal, Manager, and Leader insights with privacy controls and data analysis capabilities to:

• Understand the impact of work patterns on productivity and wellbeing
• Provide privacy-protected insights and actionable recommendations
• Address complex challenges with advanced tools and capabilities

Workshop Outcomes

• A prioritized list of business scenarios that can be addressed by deploying Microsoft Viva Insights
• Recommended preparation in terms of skills and best practices
• A roadmap outlining potential workstreams and dependencies with clear next steps
• An adoption framework

Sample agenda

The workshop consists of one pre-engagement session held with the contact, followed by three not consecutive days with the project team. The total lead time for the workshop is less than a month.

• Day 0 - pre-engagement with contact: Pre-engagement call and workshop overview
• Day 1 - with project group: Workshop kick-off, hybrid work situation and Employee Experience introduction, Art of the possible and Microsoft Viva introduction, deep dive into personal, manager & leader insights
• Day 2 - with project group: Recap of last session, data analysis & queries, privacy use case & scenario assessment, adoption & change management guidance
• Day 3 - with project group: Report and results presentation, evaluation and next steps
