Auto-Log on Send (Event-Based Activation)

When composing an email, you can enable auto-logging in the Lobba task pane. If

enabled, Lobba activates automatically when you click Send (using the OnMessageSend

event with SendMode set to PromptUser). It checks whether any recipient is a

politician in the Lobba database and, if so, logs the email subject and body as an

interaction in your organization's Lobba account. The email is always sent

normally—Lobba never blocks or modifies your message. No data is inserted into the

email. Auto-logging is off by default and only activates after you explicitly enable

it and select a log type in the task pane.

Because this feature uses PromptUser mode, Outlook may briefly show a

"Send Anyway" / "Don't Send" dialog while the add-in processes the email or if the

add-in is temporarily unavailable. The user can always choose "Send Anyway" to send

immediately. This dialog is standard Outlook Smart Alerts behavior and is not

generated by the add-in.

Supported Politicians

Lobba includes comprehensive data on Swedish Parliament (Riksdag) members,

Swedish Government officials, and EU Parliament MEPs.
