The Empire SUITE Bot simplifies time off management
Empire SUITE is a subscription-based cloud software solution offering modules for project accounting, time tracking, resource scheduling, and time-off management. The Empire SUITE bot allows users of the time-off module to manage their own time off using chat or provided forms. Users can easily complete the following tasks;
• Make requests for time off
• Cancel requests for time off
• Produce a statement of time off taken and remaining for a calendar year
Empire SUITE may be configured so that users time off requests are automatically approved, or they can require review and approval by other users. If review is required, approvers are notified through chat of requests made, then these requests can be reviewed and approved or rejected.
Information entered into the app regarding time off is integrated with other Empire SUITE modules;
• Time tracking – requested time off is added to time sheets for time reporting
• Resource scheduling – requested time off is added to the resource schedule to improve planning and minimize scheduling conflicts
These options require additional subscriptions in Empire SUITE.
The Empire SUITE bot requires that you have or create an account with Empire SUITE, that the time off module in Empire SUITE is available and configured and that your Empire SUITE account is registered with Teams. To successfully register your Empire SUITE account with Teams you must use an account with the Global Administrator role.
