The Outlook Add-in for the CourtAlert Case Management System enhances productivity by allowing users to perform docketing directly from their email application. With this tool, users can easily add an email to their docket using the "Docket with CourtAlert" command. The selected email and its attachments are captured and used to create the new docket. Key features include AI-powered email summarization and the ability to search for and attach emails to existing cases. Additionally, when users initiate a task, they are guided to the calendar to associate related events using AI or pre-set rules. This add-in provides a streamlined alternative to the traditional docketing system by enabling docketing exclusively within Outlook.
