Schedule meetings in your Cosmos space directly from Outlook Calendar.
Cosmos spaces help remote teams to be available, collaborate in the moment, and know what is happening within the team. Teams use Cosmos for meetings, office hours, workshops and 1-on-1 working sessions.
With Cosmos add-in for Outlook calendar, users can:
- Easily setup your online meetings in Cosmos from Outlook Calendar
- External guests can join meetings in Cosmos without the need to sign up, with a familiar gallery view
- Get notified about upcoming meetings in Cosmos with the Outlook Calendar add-in
This add-in accesses all information in an active appointment, modifies location and body on set meeting link button press, and sends this data to 3rd party on appointment send.
The Cosmos Video add-in requires an active Cosmos Video subscription to work. Users can also sign up for Cosmos directly from the add-in.
