Quickly Send Project Files to Spect AI

For our existing enterprise clients, Spect AI for Outlook allows you to upload project file PDFs straight from your inbox. Spect AI for Outlook will extract PDF attachments and pre-categorize as them as either submittals or RFIs within a best-guessed project folder. Users may override any of this. Users may also add additional files not in the email from their computer to upload to Spect AI. This is useful when the project documents are attached as links that require authentication to download.
