Centralize your law firm’s client communication with the MyCase Add-In for Outlook. Save essential email data to MyCase without leaving your Outlook inbox.

Functionality includes:

  • Linking incoming or outgoing emails to cases, contacts, or leads in your MyCase account. Replies to an email conversation will be linked to the same record automatically.

  • Firmwide access to linked emails in MyCase (as permitted by user permissions).

  • Capturing billable time for emails sent or received in Outlook.

    • Saving attachments to the documents section of a case.
