In this assessment, our team will assess your legacy application portfolio and design a custom modernization roadmap, aligning each application with one of 6 “R’s” of modernization.

Our delivery process focuses on the following: A) Compiling a workbook to catalogue the legacy application portfolio. B) Reviewing business and technical goals. Review cloud modernization strategy, timelines, and business justification with business and technology leadership. C) Reviewing the application portfolio, identifying representative applications for deep dive, and perform the necessary deep dives of up to five (5) applications through multiple meetings and workshops.

Netrix’s final deliverables are the following:

1. Application portfolio summary and 6 R’s alignment (Rehost, Re-platform, Refactor, Rearchitect, Rewrite, and Replace)
2. Cloud adoption plan for high-priority migrations
3. GitOps maturity assessment
4. High-level architecture design for up to five (5) applications
5. Migration plan, along with timeline, migration cost, and Azure cost estimates
