Cogsdale CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) allows you to schedule preventative maintenance on Assets based on Asset Properties, and Work Orders can be triggered based on dates, values, and even string triggers and boolean flags. For instance, you may need to perform maintenance every 30 days, 3000 miles, or when the equipment has been shut off. Each schedule can trigger a different Work Order based on the Incident Type.

Cogsdale CMMS provides a simple scheduling mechanism that integrates with existing Field Service functionality and features to provide a seamless experience and powerful tool for your maintenance department. In addition, by configuring a connection to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, all maintenance work can be tracked and costed on the Fixed Assets.
