Create Incidents: Requesters and agents with the necessary permissions can create incidents directly within the HappyFox Service Desk platform from Microsoft Teams.
Receive Notifications: Requesters and agents will receive notifications in Microsoft Teams whenever a new incident is created or closed within HappyFox Service Desk.
Update Incidents: An agent can add a reply, a private note for reference, and change the incident properties such as assignee, assignment group, priority, and status. These changes will be synced with the respective HappyFox Service Desk incident.
