The Furnace Agent uses a multi-agent architecture, with an orchestrator agent, an energy optimization agent, and a quality optimization agent. Each agent uses pre-validated machine learning (ML) tools to ensure that the results are highly accurate.

Our Furnace Agent generates recommended values for Casting and Furnace process parameters in real-time and ensures that production runs at high quality but without running the furnaces at high energy. These recommendations are dynamically adjusted based on live process data and generated in real-time, based on current process conditions. Operations teams can run their production line using agentic insights to minimize energy consumption while maintaining quality.
