How does it work?

1. 123 Notetaker is added to the Apps section of your Teams client. Simply click Apps and then 123 Notetaker in any Teams Meeting

2. Once 123 Notetaker App is opened, the notetaker will automatically join your meeting. Make sure to allow Notetaker in from the waiting lobby. Notetaker may take up to a minute to join the meeting and begin transcribing.

3. Optionally share 123 Notetaker with your Teams participants. Participants can click the 123 Notetaker button at the top of their meeting.

123 Notetaker has a free plan, with upgraded plans available.

123 Notetaker uses AI to transcribe and create meeting notes. AI can make mistakes. Report inappropriate content. AI meeting Notes are emailed after the meeting ends and can accessed anytime in your BlueSky Account. Meeting transcriptions appear in real-time in the Teams App Sidebar.
