Dynamics AX migration: 5 Day Assessment

Day 4 - Project approach and scope: We assess whether this is an upgrade of existing capability and processes, or a fresh approach. We look at data migration requirements, new capability available in Dynamics 365, and how this enhances your existing processes. Day 5 - Resource planning and costing: We identify the resources and skills you require to support the successful upgrade to Dynamics 365. Using this information, we conduct a gap analysis to highlight resource requirements and identify a timeline to fit around your existing projects. Deliverable - Upgrade Readiness Assessment report: At the end of the assessment, we prepare a full report proposing an appropriate solution that meets your business needs. The report includes an implementation timeline, resource plan, licencing implications, and implementation costs to upgrade to Dynamics 365.
