• Centre of Excellence development: A Centre of Excellence (CoE) is a group of experts and champions within your organization that will act as the focal point for Copilot adoption and support. The CoE will be responsible for promoting and evangelizing Copilot, providing training and mentoring to other developers, collecting feedback and insights, and resolving issues and challenges. The engagement will help you set up and empower the CoE and provide them with the necessary resources and skills to drive Copilot adoption.

• Rollout of an adoption champions program: An adoption champions program is a network of early adopters and influencers that will help spread the word and demonstrate the value of Copilot across your organization. The adoption champions will be selected from different teams and departments and will receive special training and recognition for their role. SharePoint can help you control and restrict the access and sharing of your data and code, especially when using Copilot, which can access and modify your files and documents based on your permissions and preferences. The engagement will help you use SharePoint to set up restrictions and site allow lists and ensure that only authorised users can return sensitive data from SharePoint through Copilot.

The duration of the engagement is 4-to-6 weeks. This engagement is eligible to relevant organisations under Microsoft FastTrack criteria. The engagement requires the participation and commitment of key stakeholders, sponsors, and leaders from your organisation, as well as a minimum of 10 developers who will act as pilot users of Copilot. The engagement will be delivered remotely, using online tools and platforms, and will follow an agile and iterative approach.
