Describe the changes you want in plain English — "add a non-solicit clause," "make the confidentiality period three years," "tighten the indemnity" — and the add-in proposes precise edits. Accepted changes are applied as native tracked changes, so you review, accept, or reject each one exactly as you would any other redline.
