How the Governance Professional Defines the Rules

The Legal Department, Compliance Department, or designated AI Governance authority — operating independently from AI project teams — sets up an AI Foundry–based Governance Hub using GPT-4o or another preferred LLM.

In natural language, the Governance Professional instructs the QuSmart GENESIS Governance Agent on the governance rules to be applied. Only authorized Governance Professionals within this dedicated Governance Foundry Hub can create, modify, or approve governance policies — ensuring full separation of duty from the teams being governed.
