The Teams Rooms Launchpad includes:

• Evaluating current meetings and meeting rooms capabilities
• The “Art of the Possible” discussion to explore how Teams Meetings and Meeting Rooms can work in your environment
• Directions for transforming meetings and meetings rooms across your entire organisation
• A Findings and Recommendations Report for deployment and adoption of Hybrid Meetings<.li>

Followed by a Teams Rooms Pilot:

• Establish pilot success criteria
• Configuration of 2x Teams Rooms with Teams Rooms Premium (trial will be enabled if customer does not have licenses)
• Physical installation of 2x Teams Rooms equipment into customer meeting spaces
• Provide remote support for the pilot including: Day 1 support for pilot go-live plus 1x check-in session during the 2 week pilot
• Review pilot success criteria via remote workshop
• Capture lessons learnt and present to key stakeholders for future planning of Teams Rooms deployment

Engagement Deliverables:

• Scenario envisioning and prioritisation of scenarios
• Discussion of Teams workloads and hybrid meetings scenarios
• Discussion of identity, mobile device management and security
• Findings and Recommendations Report
• Teams Rooms systems deployed in 2x meeting rooms

Scope of the engagement includes:

• Day 0: Pre-engagement Questionnaire and Consultation
• Week 1: Workshops - Art of the Possible + Workshop - Planning Session + Present and discuss report and next steps
• Week 2: Pilot deployment of 2x MTR systems + Post-deployment support
