Data Journey - Analytics: 2-Day Assessment

Through the 2-day Analytics Assessment Xpand IT, together with your organization, will outline the best strategy and architecture for the analytics solution within the functionalities provided by Microsoft tools, namely Microsoft Power BI and Azure Synapse, and also promote the establishment of best practices from the beginning. A designated architect by Xpand IT will be present during the assessment and the challenges to be addressed will be the following: · Understand in detail the requirements and vision of Data & Analytics · To know in detail the data stored and made available by the client · Understanding the current context of the client both from a technological point of view and in terms of internal capacity · Determine success criteria, priorities, key constraints, and timelines · Review the technology architecture and define activities to be performed to establish the analytics strategy

At the end of the assessment, a report will be presented and delivered based on the information obtained, allowing for the establishment of the strategy to be followed as well as the activities to be performed. The information gather may then be used to establish the basis for defining a project plan by the client together with Xpand IT as well as for a project cost estimate.
