  • Facilitate an inspiration session, guided by the defined business goals, to explore the art of the possible, while leveraging Thorogood’s proven industry experience and sample Power BI applications
  • Create a first draft of the Power BI application leveraging the outputs from the inspiration session while using your real Salesforce data
  • Run rapid iterations of build work, dashboard design and stakeholder review to create a final Power BI application answering the key business objectives
  • Final PoC review session to handover application and provide recommendations
