Your current business number/s are ported into Microsoft Teams so there wont be any loss of communication and can be done for the entire organisation. If you don't have an existing landline, one can be created for you in the specific region you require (SA Only). Depending on the amount of numbers and staff, and your current provider, this process can take from 36 hours to 3 weeks.
