Our work is based on understanding who the frontline workers of your company are, how they work and what their current tools are in order to start a collaborative process where, adding their knowledge of the business to our knowledge of Microsoft 365 Technologies. Together, we can Discover and design solutions and productivity scenarios that bring real benefit to your business and the experience of your frontline workers. We propose a 3-step exercise to achieve this goal:

1. Understand your business and its specific needs.
2. Define technological improvement actions based on Microsoft 365 solutions to solve the different weak points identified in your operation.
3. Propose a series of prioritized pilot actions (limited in time and effort) that allow future success to be measured (ROI, Wellness, Paper Reduction…) in advance, so that we can only scale those solutions that have proven to be successful."
