• Get ready: In this phase, we will develop a user adoption and training plan focused on the high-value scenarios identified in the Copilot for Microsoft 365 Workshop, a one-day session that helps you understand the capabilities and benefits of Copilot for Microsoft 365 and how it can address your business challenges and opportunities. We will also define the success criteria and metrics for Copilot for Microsoft 365 adoption and value realisation, and prepare the technical and organisational readiness for Copilot deployment.
• Onboard and engage: In this phase, we will execute the user enablement plan and train early adopters and champions, who will be the key influencers and advocates for Copilot adoption in your organisation. we will also build a Center of Excellence, a cross-functional team that will provide guidance, support, and governance for Copilot for Microsoft 365 usage and adoption. Additionally, we will establish a feedback loop to monitor and improve Copilot for Microsoft 365 usage and satisfaction, and to identify and resolve any issues or gaps.
• Deliver impact: In this phase, we will collect and analyse user data and feedback to validate the business case and value realisation of Copilot for Microsoft 365.
