We’ll share insights on how you can harness the power of SharePoint Online and Viva Connections to transform and engage your employees in a frictionless, curated experience.

Together we’ll unpack the challenges and pain points you’re facing today, identify opportunities and prioritise use cases to support a more connected and engaged workforce. Our experts will guide you through understanding how Modern SharePoint Online underpins the Connections experience and support you to build your own proof-of-concept (POC) portal.

Agenda:

Day 1. Explore Viva Connections

Explore Viva Connections and the benefits of an integrated employee experience for both comms teams and employees. Attendees will learn how to set up Viva Connections including integrating with other Microsoft 365 tools as well as how to update and maintain Viva Connections.

Day 2. Build a proof-of-concept Intranet portal

Attendees will learn the prerequisites of Viva Connections including understanding modern SharePoint Online intranet portals. You will build your own proof-of-concept portal including learning design and customisation options.

Day 3. Build your plan

Develop a tailored strategy to address identified challenges and opportunities, fitting into your broader digital roadmap.

Depending on your needs, we can complete this engagement over a period of 1-2 weeks. We’ll work with you to develop a more detailed timeline, including mapping key stakeholders who we will need to engage as part of our project.
