• Analyse your current state using standard dashboard such as Ways of Working assessment. Focussing on transforming meeting culture, developing effective managers, and boosting employee engagement.
• Compile analysis.
• Prepare initial findings report.
3. Contextualise the data through readout workshops and user interviews
• Present readouts to customer stakeholders and executives.
• Identify themes and prioritise scenarios
• Facilitate 1:1 interviews and reference groups to help define ‘what good looks like’ in your organisation.
4. Operationalise and develop a Viva Insights change strategy
• Highlighting the key activities and considerations for launching Microsoft Viva across your organisation.
• Equip identified stakeholders with the knowledge required to be successful in managing Viva Insights over time.
• Formulate change management plan incorporating key stakeholder mapping, communications, and launch plan.
