- Key objectives to be met by delivery of a Power Platform Solution
- Prioritisation of requirements (Must or Could)
- Process Improvements to be introduced through use of the Power Platform
- Licence recommendations to support the new Power Platform Solution

Our workshops will also provide an indication of "The Art of the Possible" when working with Power Apps, Power App Portals, Power App Pages, Power Automate, Power BI, Model Driven Apps, Canvas Apps and Dataverse. This will be inclusive of sample applications to demonstrate capability to the organisation.

Our workshops can be delivered both onsite in a single day and remote over two half days. Preferences can be discussed with your dedicated consultant and account manager, to ensure that your stakeholders get the best experience within the time available. We recommend recording of all remote meetings, to enable records to be kept by both Valto and our customers.

Our consultants will deep dive into existing processes, solutions, services, and applications to fully understand current ways of working, and areas requiring improvement and replacement.
Our consultant will review documentation and customer demonstrations of end-to-end solutions.
Our consultants will analyse current pain points and objectives to ensure that recommendations meet organisational direction.
Our consultants will analyse existing file storage mechanisms relating to these processes, such as, file shares, third party storage systems, Drop Box, OneDrive, local machines, and existing SharePoint environments.
Our consultants will discuss the potential for further service enablement across the Microsoft 365 suite i.e. SharePoint, Teams, Streams, and Forms.
Our consultants will conduct detailed interviews with key process owners and stakeholders, especially in applications that span multiple departments/directorates.

We ask our customers to prepare for their workshop by being ready to share their screen and discuss their ways of working.

A Power Platform Scoping Report and Specification will be provided within 1 week of workshop completion. These documents will include recommendations and plans for utilising the Power Platform for the identified process(es), along with prioritised requirements, required technology, their estimated effort/cost, licence requirements and timelines.
