PModelling

PModelling brings your Peerception scenario into Excel, with an AI assistant at your side. Describe the change you want in plain language and the assistant builds it: add a company, an asset or a revenue line, adjust assumptions, create scenarios. Your workbook is regenerated, recomputed and kept in sync, all without leaving Excel.

Who it is for

Investors, developers, lenders, advisors and asset managers who build and maintain financial models for infrastructure assets: renewable energy, transport, telecom and real estate. If you already model in Excel but want a structured, auditable model that lives beyond a single spreadsheet, PModelling bridges both worlds.

What it does

• Prisme AI assistant – chat with your model from the task pane. Ask it to change assumptions, compare scenarios or run integrity checks. Your current Excel selection is sent with your message, so the assistant knows what you are pointing at. Sensitive actions wait for your explicit confirmation, or run automatically if you enable auto-confirm.
• Link a workbook to a scenario – sign in, pick one of your models or create a new one from a blank scenario or a ready-made preset, and the sheets are generated for you with live formulas, named ranges and business formatting.
• Edit inputs in Excel – amounts, dates, percentages, time series and dropdown choices are all editable directly in the cells. Every change is validated and saved as you type.
• Automatic recompute – debt sizing, cash sweep, tax, distribution waterfall and financial statements are recomputed server-side, and the resulting values are written back into the workbook.
• Works offline – pending edits are queued in the workbook and sent when you reconnect. Nothing is lost.
• Conflict resolution – when a value differs between the sheet and the server, review the differences side by side and choose which to keep.
• Team-ready – shared models open in read-only mode when you do not have edit rights, and changes made in the Peerception web app appear in Excel without a manual refresh.

Requirements

A Peerception account is required. PModelling supports Excel for Windows and Excel for Mac (desktop).
