Vision e-Boks

Vision e-Boks enables Danish businesses to send invoices, credit memos, and reminders directly to citizens' e-Boks digital mailbox — Denmark's official digital post system.

Key Features:

• Seamless Integration — Send documents automatically using Business Central's standard Document Sending Profiles. No manual steps required once configured.

• Flexible Delivery Options — Choose between OneTooX API (real-time delivery via KMD) or SFTP-based transfer depending on your provider agreement.

• Smart Recipient Validation — Automatically checks if customers can receive e-Boks before sending. Customers who are exempt (e.g., no CPR/CVR registered) are automatically routed to your fallback method (email or print).

• Delivery Tracking — Monitor document status and retrieve delivery receipts directly from Business Central.

• Sandbox Safe — Integration is automatically disabled when copying to sandbox environments, preventing test documents from reaching real customers.

Requirements:

An active agreement with OneTooX (KMD) or another e-Boks provider supporting SFTP is required.
