Steps to Use the IFC Viewer in Power BI:

1. Download the sample Power BI report from AppSource.
2. Open the downloaded report with Power BI Desktop (Download Power BI Desktop if you haven't already installed it). The sample model will load automatically.
3. To load a custom model, navigate to Transform data > Edit Parameters under the Home tab.
4. Paste the copied IFC file path (web link or local file path) into the respective parameter field in Power BI.
5. Confirm your changes by clicking OK.
6. After editing the parameters, apply the changes in Power BI by selecting Apply Changes from the prompt.
