Kainos provides advisory, integration, and managed security services to help organisations operationalise Microsoft Security across cloud security, identity, data protection, and threat detection.

Many organisations already license Microsoft Security technologies such as Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Purview, and Microsoft Entra ID, but struggle to translate these capabilities into consistent, day to day security outcomes. This service focuses on configuration, integration, and ongoing operation so Microsoft Security functions as a connected operational platform rather than a set of disconnected tools.

The service supports the full Microsoft Security lifecycle, from security posture assessment and architecture design to implementation, integration, and ongoing security operations.

Service Lifecycle

Analyse

Security posture assessment across cloud, identity, data, and threat protection using Microsoft Security tooling. This includes configuration reviews, coverage analysis, and operational readiness assessment.

Design

Target state Microsoft Security architecture including control design, integration patterns, logging and monitoring architecture, and alignment to security operating models and governance.

Build and Integrate

Implementation and integration of Microsoft Security services to enable unified security controls and consistent signal flow across environments.

Operate

Ongoing operational support for Microsoft Security workloads including monitoring, alert handling, posture management, tuning, and operational reporting.

This service does not include non Microsoft security tooling or formal certification audits. Support for audit preparation, extended engineering activities, or additional Microsoft workloads can be provided through separately contracted engagements.
