Based on InCycle’s proprietary and strategic Modern App Factory approach and Accelerators, InCycle’s Azure Architects will first analyze your environment, co-define your goals and develop a matching cloud adoption strategy and roadmap.

PROJECT EXECUTION

In keeping with the strategic roadmap, InCycle will complete the application migration and/or modernize project. Implementation services may range from “lift & shift”, re-platforming, to a complete redesign to maximize the use and benefits of Azure services. Project duration, estimated at 3-weeks, will vary depending on the selected strategy, approach and number of applications etc.

BUSINESS VALUE REVIEW

Following the successful migration/modernization, Incycle will review project goals and reconcile objectives with the engagement's realized value.
