With Copilot-as-a-Service, we offer an ongoing service that continuously keeps employees and teams up to date on Microsoft Copilot – from initial rollout to long-term, sustainable use. The service includes three core components:
- Copilot Enablement Content Hub Regularly updated content such as training materials, quick guides, use-case packages, best practices, as well as weekly and monthly formats designed to drive internal activation and motivation.
- Community Sessions Bi-weekly live sessions in the form of AMA formats (including department-specific sessions) as well as community refreshers to foster exchange and strengthen Copilot expertise across the organization.
- Copilot User Adoption & Change Management Monthly KPI analyses on usage and productivity, combined with targeted recommendations to increase Copilot adoption.
