Deliverables

• Discovery Session
• Activate and provision Dynamics 365 Business Central environment
• License, configure, and assign security rights (first 10 users) for Dynamics 365 Business Central users
• Initial Configuration of Power BI with initial Dashboard
• Create Production Company database and assist with configuration of Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Create and review a System Setup Checklist for the client to follow
• Set up Core financials (GL, AP, AR, and fixed assets), sales order processing, built-in reporting & dashboards, Shopify connector for e-commerce, warehouse and inventory workflows, tariff & landed cost management, and basic contact management
• Walk through the setup of relevant modules, as necessary
• Introductory training on data import process, system navigation, general processing
• Go-Live review and have a brief next step conversation

Assumptions

• All custom functionality and reports are not included, quoted separately
• No test company; all configurations will be done in Production
• Excludes Cost Accounting and Cash Flow Forecasting modules
