Zebra BI Tables+ (Beta)

Zebra BI Tables+ extends the full Zebra BI Tables experience with viewer commenting: analysts, executives, and business reviewers can add and manage comments directly on a visual in view mode, without needing Power BI workspace edit access.

Everything else works exactly as you'd expect from Zebra BI Tables: IBCS-compliant tables, automatic variance calculations, hierarchical P&L logic, and the full annotation and formatting layer. Tables+ adds a collaboration layer on top.

How it works

A report editor links a SharePoint Excel file to the Zebra BI Tables+ visual, once per report. Anyone you grant SharePoint access can then comment in view mode. Power BI permissions control who can view and edit the report. SharePoint permissions control who can comment. The two permission systems are independent.

Comment data is stored in a SharePoint Excel file in your own Microsoft 365 environment. Zebra BI does not store or process comment content.
