Shift Management Application for Manufacturing Plants
Smart Shift Management is a shift planning and monitoring application specially developed for manufacturing plants.
The Key Features:
Organization Unit
• The application has the Organizational Hierarchy in a tree structure.
• Enterprise Level -> Plant Level -> Area Level -> Workcenter Level
• All sub-levels can be added or deleted with the help of the operation button on each level.
• All levels can be defined parametrically.
Map Editor
• A new map can be created with the objects such as; Area, Workcenter, Shift Role
• All objects can be moved with the drag and drop feature.
• The size of the objects can be adjusted.
• All maps and designs can be saved and accessed from the map selection list.
• Existing maps can be updated or deleted on the Map Editor screen.
Shift Planning and Monitoring
• Active shift areas can be tracked with the photos of active shift staff.
• Shift planning can be done by dragging personnel photos and leaving them to the relevant area.
• Past shifts can be monitored but cannot be modified.
• Personnel information can be displayed by clicking on the relevant photo.
• The personnel list can be filtered according to the personnel roles.
• The personnel list can be navigated with the help of the buttons showing the page numbers and arrows on the paging bar.
• If the personnel is assigned to an inappropriate role, then a triangle with an exclamation mark is displayed on the relevant photo for notification.
