Ventipix Asset & Inventory Manager Add-in

This Excel integration works seamlessly with the Ventipix Asset & Inventory Manager, enabling you to leverage the benefits of QR Codes, NFC Tags, and other barcodes for managing assets, inventories, deliveries, work-in-progress, workplace passes, and marketing campaigns.

As an add-in for Excel, this integration will enable you to:

* Import data from your Ventipix Asset & Inventory Manager account into a spreadsheet and sync changes back to it.

* Scan QR Codes, NFC tags, and other 1D and 2D barcodes directly to a spreadsheet using our smartphone app, Bluetooth/USB scanners, or even your device’s webcam.

* Manipulate scanned data, allowing you to enter arbitrary data alongside scans, timestamps, or search and mark rows.

* Generate custom-styled QR Codes for URL redirections, including those for GS1 Digital Link.

* Program NFC tags with our iOS or Android apps.

* Generate GS1 Digital Links with the ability to update redirection destinations or extract relevant data, such as primary identifiers, upon scanning them.

* Import Ventipix Asset & Inventory Manager reports that you can plug into Power BI or Looker Studio for visualization.

* Analyze spreadsheet data using AI platforms like ChatGPT, Grok AI, or Google Gemini.

* From the sidebar, and using a spreadsheet’s data, search for records in your Ventipix Asset & Inventory Manager account or view their history.

* Add to-do tasks that you can manage from the web, smartphone app, or browser extensions.

* Check off purchase order items and update their statuses.

* Auto-import data at regular intervals.

* Create schedules in your calendar based on the date data in your spreadsheet.
