  • Modernization strategy definition (rehost, refactor, re-architect)
  • Target-state cloud-native architecture design

Application Modernization & Deployment

  • Refactoring of selected application components
  • Containerization using Azure-native container platforms
  • Azure App Service or container-based application deployment
  • Microservices architecture design and implementation (where applicable)
  • API integration and application connectivity enablement

DevOps & Automation Enablement

  • CI/CD pipeline design and implementation
  • Infrastructure-as-Code alignment for application environments
