Viva-Workshop: 1-day Workshop

A company's employees are the key to its success. Companies that invest in their employees and focus on improving their employee experience achieve more in the long run. Employees feel connected to the company, enjoy working as well as working better, and raise the company's overall potential. This is where Microsoft Viva steps in. Viva describes itself as an "Employee Experience Platform" with the purpose to create a place where the driving elements for a long-term relationship between employees and the company can flourish. So far, Viva has consisted of four modules, each of them having a different focus, but all of them are aimed at enhancing the employee experience. The vision here is that by integrating the modules into Microsoft Teams, a platform is created where everything comes together for a successful employee experience. In our workshop, you will get a holistic view of the modules in Viva. In doing so, we look at the prerequisites for their use and analyze their usefulness in relation to your individual requirements. Components of the workshop:

• Get to know Microsoft Viva and the purpose behind it.
• Overview of the modules (Connections, Insights, Topics, Learning, Goals, Engage) including the necessary requirements for their use.
• Experience the modules in action with demos as an integral part.

Goal of the workshop: You will get a differentiated picture of Viva, with which you can assess the potential in your company.
