A guided, three phase, proof of value experience to rapidly assist businesses with deploying and realising value from an initial purchase of Microsoft 365 Copilot licenses.
Phase 1 – Get Ready (1 week)
Distribute a pre-engagement questionnaire to gather essential information. Identify priority user cohorts and validate the scenarios that will be most beneficial for them. Establish success metrics to measure the effectiveness of the deployment and adoption plans.
Phase 2 – Onboard & Engage (2-4 weeks)
Prepare the environment and address any blockers. Assign licenses and implement a "train the trainer" approach to equip champions with the necessary skills. These champions will then deliver training to users, aiming to activate at least three departments.
Phase 3 – Deliver Impact (2-4 weeks)
Focus on delivering impact through champion-led prompt training sessions. Extend the capabilities with Copilot agents and create or validate the business case for the deployment. Deliver comprehensive IT and executive closeout reports to summarise the outcomes and insights gained from the workshop.
