This agent from Norm Ai gives employees a compliance check at the point of creation, across the Microsoft 365 surfaces where they already work: Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Word. Within the Copilot interface, users invoke the agent to evaluate content against regulatory and firm policy standards, identify missing or required disclosures and insert the appropriate language, and detect potential material non-public information before content is shared. Every review is logged with a full audit trail.
With the Norm Ai Compliance Agent, content that would never enter a formal review queue gets a check at the point of creation, reducing risk for firms widely adopting AI. Employees can act faster with confidence, and legal and compliance teams maintain oversight without becoming a bottleneck. Every output is consistent, auditable, and defensible.
The Norm Ai Compliance Agent includes a standard set of regulations and policies out of the box, covering the SEC Marketing Rule and common financial services disclosure requirements. The agent is invoked by the user within Copilot and requires an existing Microsoft Copilot license (Business or Enterprise).
