Introstat Digitisation Portal is a secure portal on Microsoft Azure for organisations running a records-digitisation programme: track every batch from collection to publication, search every digitised page, and control exactly who sees what. It is built for government departments, municipalities, state-owned entities, health facilities, law firms, financial services and private enterprise.

Submit and track

Register paper files for digitisation with a manifest, schedule collection with your capture provider, upload born-digital documents and follow each batch. Every batch moves through seven stages — Registered, Collected, Prepared, Scanned, Quality checked, Indexed and Published — with every hand-over time-stamped on the portal. Deliveries are reconciled to the manifest, quality check results and re-scan requests are recorded, and stage changes are notified by e-mail and Microsoft Teams.
