1. 01 · Pre-hackathon, Planning Session. Pick the workload, the method and the Azure services in scope. Choose hosting, your tenant or ours, and collaborative vs competitive format.
2. 02 · Pre-hackathon, Readiness and Agenda. Confirm the agenda and readiness (source access, subscription, network, identity) and onboard the team.
3. 03 · Hackathon, Vision the Approach. Align on target architecture, method and the key design decisions before the build starts.
4. 04 · Hackathon, Execute the Build. Build hands-on with ArchitectNow engineers side by side: pairing, unblocking, keeping the build on the clock.
5. 05 · Hackathon, Present the Results. Demo the running workload to stakeholders. Optional competitive format: judges score the working build, Well-Architected fit and run-cost; winner takes the prize.
6. 06 · Post-hackathon, Operationalize. Agree the path to production and the next wave: a natural entry to a migration / modernization engagement.
