Deliverables

• Simplified discovery session
• Turn on and provision Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Assign licensing and security roles for up to the first 15 users of Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Set up and configure the Microsoft Dynamics App for Outlook, if applicable, for up to 15 users (limited to one email account per user)
• Initial configuration of Power BI with initial dashboard
• Create one production company database with minimal configuration
• Review the system wizards with the client to follow
• Demo and initial training of system configuration
• Provide import templates for Master Records
• Configure mobile functionality and
• Setup GL account structure using a standard Chart of Accounts
• Setup banking of one bank and one checkbook.
• Set up basic Sales Order Processing
• Set up basic Purchase Order Processing
• Set up single warehouse basic Inventory Management
• Add logo to transactional reports (quote, order, invoice, purchase order) and test
• Create default financial reports – P & L Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement
• Basic training of users (no more than eight hours of training)
• Provide support to the User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Go-live review and have a brief next step conversation

Assumptions

• Exchange Online or Exchange Server required for Outlook integration
• Dynamic Consulting must be the digital partner of record and the Cloud Solution Provider with Microsoft for licensing up to 10 users (additional scope required for more users)
• Customer will perform all master record data imports (Customers, Vendors, etc.) and configure most settings (e.g. Chart of Accounts, Tax Schedules, Payment Terms, Dimensions, Attributes, etc.)
• Excludes intercompany, consolidated financials, multicurrency, EFT, ACH, bank reconciliation, custom code, and reporting
• 90 hours of total consulting hours including project management time is included
